Cardinals Entries
Please remember to empty your office's Cardinal box as it gets full. All completed entry forms may be sent to Jessica Tobin at Corporate. Additional blank pads are ordered from RBO, but if you get in a pinch and need an additional one contact Jessica and she can help you out.
Cardinals Day at the Ballpark!
Who's excited for our first all employee day at the ballpark?! Clarkson has purchased enough tickets for each employee, a guest, and (if applicable) their families! And the best part is ... the tickets are free!
Everyone will receive an official invitation soon with details and an RSVP form. We are releasing this early so you can plan ahead and mark your calendars. Before you send in your RSVP I've compiled a few of what I anticipate to be FAQs below. Take a moment to read, and call or email me with any questions:

Q: "What if I'm married (or have a boyfriend/girlfriend) and I have 3 kids?"
You would get 5 tickets - one for you, one for your significant other, and one for each of your kids.
Q: "I'm single right now, but have 2 kids."
You would get 4 tickets! One for you, one for a guest of your choice, and one for each of your kids.
Q: "I'm married and want to bring my spouse, but I usually like to bring my mother with me to company events too. Can I have a ticket for her?"
Not this time. You would receive a ticket for yourself and your spouse, but mothers, grandchildren, aunts, cousins, etc. do not count for the additional Clarkson purchased tickets. If you would like to use your guest ticket for your mother and leave your spouse at home you're welcome to do that, but we will not be providing free tickets for every member of everyone's family.
Q: "I'm single with no kids so ..."
You would get 2 tickets - one for you, one for a guest of your choice.
Children 3 and under do not require a ticket to get in, so please don't include them on your RSVP.
Our seats are all together across 3 sections of Busch Stadium.
Parking suggestions and other details will be posted to Clarkson Nation as the day approaches.
A contest will be held over the summer to determine who will throw out a first pitch at the game!

The tickets will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We've purchased a set number from the Cardinals, and these should cover everyone being able to attend if the guest guidelines are followed. We want this to be a fun day for everyone, so please think carefully about who you bring and whether or not you'll be able to make it before sending in your RSVP. There's no need to rush! Online Scheduling Coupon
Patients can now receive an additional $20 off their visit by scheduling with us online!
When a patient completes the process to schedule online, he or she receives an email confirmation. At the bottom of this email is a coupon for $20 off. See the screenshot below for an example of what this looks like.
Only one of these may be used per person, and it must be present at the time of checkout. Discount the patient only if he or she brings it up - scheduling online does not entitle them to the discount. Contact Tesha or Jessica with any questions.

Contest Date: May 1st – July 31st
1st Prize: 4 days, 3 nights in Las Vegas and a free Maui Jim plano sunglass of your choice. Airfare and hotel provided by Maui Jim. (Time to be agreed upon by winner and Maui Jim.) This prize is valued at more than $1,000!
2nd Prize: A brand new Marin bicycle and a free Maui Jim plano sunglass of your choice. (Bicycle furnished by Big Shark Bicycle Company.) This prize is valued at $800!
3rd Prize: Free Maui Jim plano sunglass, as well as an MJ hat, hoodie, and Hawaiian shirt bottle koozi.
So how do you win? This is an individual contest based on Maui Jim sales. The top three opticians who sell the most MJ sunglasses will win the prizes above.
